The staff at Annapolis car center was extremely friendly and professional I would rate my experience as nothing short of excellent they not only put me in the vehicle that I wanted at the price I could afford I would highly recommend them I will shop no where else in the future they made me feel like family and not just a customer.

I came to Annapolis Car Center in March of 2013 with the hopes of purchasing a sharp looking '04 Toyota 4Runner. My car buying experience was excellent. Richard, Russ, and Travis provided fantastic customer service. The environment and attitude was laid back and comfortable, yet very professional. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, and very low-pressure. I got the impression, from the first phone inquiry through the final signature on the papers, that the staff was interested in making me a customer for life, not just using me for a quick sale. I felt that the staff had my interests in mind; that they really worked to take care of me, offer me a good fair deal, and ensure I felt secure in my purchase even after leaving the dealership. I recently purchased a used 2008 BMW 550i from this dealership. Due to my unique situation, my sales experience lasted for a few days but it was not because the dealership was not efficient. It was because they were working with me to provide the best deal possible, the best car possible, and to meet my personal financial and cost savings goals as best they could. Travis is great to work with and so is Russ. Both of them were eager to meet my needs and keep me informed throughout the process. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted with smiles and most importantly, the vehicle that I was wanting to test drive was waiting for me and the keys were given to me to drive it. I drove the car and knew that I had a winner. I was very impressed by the caliber of cars they had on their lot. I must admit, that I was not expecting to walk into their lobby and be offered juice, soda, coffee, tea, donuts, and other snacks that they had available for customers. It was very clean and you could tell that everyone there worked together to provide customers the best experience possible. They took care of some aesthetic things for me before I drove the car away. The oil was changed, the minor aesthetic items were taken care of, and the tank was full of gas. One of the things that I will not forget is the fact that Travis and I had a miscommunication that I was initially upset about. He worked very quickly to fully explain where our communication experienced a gap and things were quickly placed back on track. He is honest and I felt as if the entire staff that works there was honest and eager to sell GOOD cars to people and not just there to push lemons off the lot to make a profit. If you want a good car at a great price without sacrificing excellent customer service....look no further! Annapolis Car Center should be your final destination. Good operation here. lots of good quality used cars, especially trucks. Very customer friendly and detail oriented. Ease and efficiency of sale from start to finish was quick, painless. Not your typical dealership experience. Very fair pricing. Though I did not require it, financing extemely competitive via relationship with credit union.
From start to finish Richard really helped me get the truck I had been looking for. I had been to a few other places and because of credit reason I was not able to get what I wanted and I almost gave up but when I went to the Annapolis car center Richard was able to get the truck I wanted and he even got me a great interest rate. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in my family or any of my friends.
5 STARS to Annapolis Car Center and its staff!! I had an outstanding experience at this dealership with the recent purchase of my 2012 Volvo S60. Salesman Richard Murphy and Bill the Manager were the greatest! They were professional, friendly and did not pressure me. They just worked hard to obtain the monthly payments and down payment that I desired. They were even able to get my car financed with a low interest rate.
This was a stress-free experience! I have purchased many cars over the years and had long, drawn-out, stressful experiences. Not this time...I was there by 2PM and driving away in my new car by 5:30PM.

Pricing: I purchased a 2008 Honda Odyssey EX-L W/DVD 36k, my wife and I were close to buying one of these on a couple of different occasions only to have them sold to a better deal before we could counter-offer. Because of that experience and our need for a bigger family vehicle we had to move on this particular vehicle once we decided it met our needs, we probably could have held out for a better deal or haggled for days to save some cash but I believe we got a fair price for an in-demand vehicle. I'm not going to discuss specifics but do your research prior to making an offer, knowing the value of the vehicle and what fee's (if any) are required by law and the cost of tags/titling in MD will help you decide where to negotiate. We financed through our bank so I can't speak for their financing options; didn't trade-in either so you're on your own there as well. Price Rating 4/5
Customer Service: So enough about the money, what really sold me on the vehicle was the customer service. Everyone in the building was polite and professional, not once during the entire process did anyone seem shady or give off the stereotypical "used car salesman" vibe. Everyone from management down to the guys washing the cars seemed genuine and down-to-earth, there were no pressure packed in-your-face sales pitches, scare tactics, or chasing you around the lot showing you cars you don't want. They were friendly, answered your questions, and simply requested your information if you decided not to buy that day (we waited a day or two). They didn't try and force negotiation, just gauged my interest and waited for me to initiate the serious discussions. Extremely refreshing for a car buying experience! Customer Service 5/5
Friendliness: Exceptional! Had no problem helping to keep our cranky 18 month entertained while we talked, I'm used to working under those conditions but Richard was the zen master, the guy didn't even break a sweat! Quality of Work: There were a few things that needed to be fixed before we bought the vehicle. They painted both bumpers and fixed a nickel sized ding, both were done within a day of picking up the car and were exceptional in quality. They did break a bumper grille during the process but ordered a new one no questions asked. They also installed new front brake pads (id'd as close to worn during the MD state inspection but had plenty of pad left) and upgraded them free of charge. In addition to that they also repaired a 1" rip in the ceiling fabric and cleaned up a few paint scratches. I would have given them a 5/5 if not for one thing, when I picked the car up someone conveniently placed the spare tire bag over a 4"x4" stain in the trunk area, the mats were there when I first looked at the car so I never saw it originally...not a big deal in the end, I would have bought the van anyways, but covering it instead of just giving it a once over and letting me know seemed a little amateur. I'm sure had any of the salesmen or managers seen it they would have handled it a little differently. Quality of Work 4/5
Overall Experience: Overall I was very satisfied with buying my van from Annapolis Car Center, there were a few hiccups but the people there really help overcome the little things. They were a genuine group of people looking to earn your business, not just stuff you in a car and get you out of there. I would recommend them to friends and family, and if I wasn't moving, give them a chance to sell me my next car.
I spent a lot of time and energy, striving to get the right deal on my dream vehicle. I came to Annapolis Car Center with doubts of being able to purchase the car that I wanted, but to my surprise, Kevin and Christine worked with me every step of the way, to get what I wanted and at a reasonable price. I'm sooooo happy that I came to the Annapolis Car Center because they were extremely helpful,AND they treated me like a person, unlike many other dealerships. "Positive experience,yes. Completely satisfied,no. Overall, i would buy again from here, with more intentionality. (Impulse decision to stop in, bought that same day). I'll be specific as requested in the review and will explain my 3(Ok) rating for Quality of Work. Please read all of the other reviews as well because mine seems to be lower than average. My experience would have been 5 stars if not for several issues with the condition of my car because of the previous owner, causing extra expenses out of my pocket, (not from this dealer, also not from infiniti, even though it was still within warranty at both places). 1st issue = check engine light on after getting it home, they gave me a loaner and fixed this, but i just recently found out that 1/2 of the heat shield is missing from the catalytic converter, which was causing a rattling bracket, which i mentioned i could hear early on but it wasn't fixed.. and now i know the entire cat must be replaced to fix the issue (have not done it). 2nd issue = tmps light error, turned out to indicate all 4 sensors were missing. 3rd issue, badly needed wheel balance and had no weights at all on them. (also wheels have 2 different sets of tires, unmatched front and rear, in both sizes, brands, and condition, rears are nearly bald and slip in rain, not sure they are really inspection passable). Otherwise, car was near-perfect with low miles, impeccable 4 year old body/condition/color/paint. Because of these few issues, the dealer's Precision-Tune inspections a few doors down on west street, seem sketchy to me, plus my original inspection certificate was written up and dated several weeks after i had the car already and realized i hadn't gotten it, or ever saw it posted on the car and asked for a copy. As far as negotiations and interactions with the 4 people listed, everyone was extremely friendly and approachable with friendly smiles and were not-pushy, and this was refreshing and unexpected. The office is small and comfortable enough, with water and 2 televisions, dealer lot is organized, car selection is top notch. (in appearance and overall brand selection/quality). Prices are below blue book value. Basically, I would recommend this dealer and i would buy from here again but would feel better if i could pay for a third party inspection on my own."
